2. Create an account
Registration collects name, email, password, and researcher type. Use a reachable email — order confirmations and tracking go there.
Affiliate or invite codes, when present, are optional and applied during signup or via invite links.
3. Build a cart and check out
Add kits, review quantities, and apply eligible promotions at checkout. Provide a complete shipping address. We do not reship if the address you enter is wrong — verify street number, unit, and zip before you pay.
4. Payment confirmation
Follow the on-screen payment instructions for your order. Include any required reference so automated or manual matching can connect payment to the correct order id.
If status stays “awaiting payment” after you paid, contact support with the order code instead of placing a duplicate order.
5. Fulfillment and tracking
After payment is confirmed, most orders are prepared for dispatch within one business day on standard schedules. You receive tracking by email when a number is available.
Packaging is professional and discreet while meeting carrier requirements. Move parcels into lab storage promptly on arrival.
6. After delivery
Log lot numbers, file COAs, and inspect seals. Report wrong items, shortages, or clear damage within the window described in Refunds — with photos of outer packaging and labels.
