Do I need an account to browse?
You can browse the catalog and public policies without signing in. Pricing and checkout require a registered account so orders are tied to a reachable email and a research-buyer profile.
Do you provide certificates of analysis (COAs)?
We emphasize batch-backed documentation culture. COA details can be referenced for product records; contact support with your order code if you need help locating paperwork for a shipment.
How fast do orders ship?
Most paid orders are prepared for dispatch within one business day after payment is confirmed and matched. Weekends and holidays can extend processing. Tracking is emailed when available.
What payment methods are supported?

Can I return opened vials?
